The The Harold F. Pitcairn Wings of Freedom Museum is located along Route 611, adjacent to the NAS-JRB Willow Grove and three miles north of Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 343. The Museum was started from scratch in the summer of 2000 specifically to house our ME-262. Subsequently, all displays and aircraft have been moved from the location of our library and staff office to the new museum site.
Our museum facility is free and open to the public. However, do not attempt to enter the NAS base. All parking should be in front of the museum building which houses the ME-262. Click "Visitor's Info" above for maps and directions to the museum.
